Return & Exchange Policy

1. 3-Day Inspection Period Each Serene Hill gown is a unique piece of handcrafted art. You must contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your package to initiate any claim via:

2. Final Sale & No Refunds All luxury garments are categorized as Final Sale. We do not offer monetary refunds. If a significant manufacturing error is proven (e.g., size deviation >3cm), we provide a 100% Free Replacement Service.

3. Shipping Fees (Non-Refundable)

  • Original Shipping: The shipping fee paid at checkout is a service fee consumed by the carrier (DHL/FedEx). Once dispatched, this fee is strictly non-refundable for any reason.

  • Exchange Shipping: For any replacement or exchange, the customer must pay a flat $50 USD International Re-shipping Fee.

  • Return Shipping: All authorized returns must be shipped to our Factory Warehouse in China at the customer's expense, including all import duties and taxes.

4. Anti-Chargeback & Evidence Clause We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By purchasing, you agree to resolve issues through our customer service. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we will submit full evidence to your bank and Visa/Mastercard, including:

  1. Signed Proof of Delivery (POD).

  2. Pre-shipping Quality Control photos/videos.

  3. Your agreement to these terms at checkout.

  4. Communication history and IP data.

5. Quality Disclaimer

  • Minor loss of beads, sequins, or threads is a natural characteristic of handmade luxury items and is not a defect.

  • Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs Clearance or carrier issues.

6. Condition of Goods Items must be unworn and unwashed with ALL security tags attached. Removing the security tag voids all eligibility for exchange.
